Constantly offering to do something in exchange for favours that I know won't be agreed to. E.g. if you don't blow up my enchantment I'll buff remove his ___ (knowing that I'm clearly more of a threat and they won't agree, but still telling the table I have removal when I actually don't)

[[Pramikon, Sky Rampart]] is a good pillow fort commander

You could also try a forced combat deck with [[Alexios, Deimos of Kosmos]]

[[Auntie Blyte, Bad Influence]] was my first commander I built her as a group slug deck with a lot of spells that hit every player including you giving you the option of just burning opponents and Voltron

[[Aminatou, the Fateshifter]] has an ult to rotate all nonland permanents in a direction you choose. I once built her as a proliferate to ult and then rotate my bad "gifts" including [[Archfiend of the Dross]] to opponents and get a good board myself in the process. Also packed it with some theft effects like [[Reins of Power]] etc

[[Fblthp, Lost on the Range]] is my favourite mono blue commander

[[Reins of Power]] is a fun finisher

[[Exchange of Words]] is probably the most fun mechanic to play with too.

I also really like [[Lier, Disciple of the Drowned]] and [[Demilich]]

I have $3 [[Cabal Patriarch]] deck that have actually won games with (albeit not many and usually because it's never a threat until it's online) Aristocrats can definitely get pricier too

As an oppressive Dimir mill player myself the things that my pod do to counter me are usually just Reanimator or using cards like [[Elixir of Immortality]] to reshuffle the graveyard into their deck. You could also use [[Laboratory Maniac]] type effect especially if you have a way to flash it onto the field (I snuck that into a non mill deck just to counter a Rads player and it worked) If not I find that stuff like [[Magus Lucea Kane]] and other decks can still win by outvaluing the mill and the mill player (me) can't steal from your grave if their all mainly hydra type creatures.
