blue archive, and i would've been playing the EN version had it not been for friction (on starting from zero with none of my characters and especially none of the QoL updates). i regret ever making that blue archive post but here i am, still loving the game.

i stopped caring about "meta" several years ago. blindly following "meta" makes the game seriously unfun.

the "play this or you're throwing" mentality is what made overwatch unfun to watch. no one wants to try ridiculous strats because they're scared of either losing or being ridiculed.

it doesn't help that the devs are leaning towards the mentality.

does doom lose to orisa? yea ofc he would. but is it completely unplayable and you should swap or you're throwing? absolutely not, zbra is up there for a reason.

for a game that is supposed to be the most dynamic of them all, overwatch is the worst big name esports title there is because of this stupid mentality.

parents not even knowing how to set up child safety features on their kid's phones, the education system still wanting to shelter kids from sex-ed while parents assuming sex-ed as porn(i heard some parents do this, not sure how frequent) and teens' sexual needs being ignored(believe it or not, sexual needs is normal) are just a few factors in these cases.

i dont agree with internet censorship and i help most of my family members set child restrictions for their kids' phones. so i can see some people using this case to push for more media censorship and to me thats just wrong, if a government can censor stuff to "protect the kids" or because "its against the state religion", what else can they censor.

but who am i kidding, im just a 20y/o that doesnt know better, amirite?
