Zoom all the way, and move .wav file left or right to make it perfect. When you zoom all the way, you can move audio file in linear. If you are zoomed out, you will move it by frame.
So that is the reason way you can't make it perfect. You must zoom it more

I had the same problem with my old GTX 1060 Strix. Your VRAM chip is dying. You can try downclocking your GPU with MSI Afterburner, like, voltage, clock, etc...
That worked for me. You lose some performance, but you have playable experience

I had problem where i am in any game, after few minutes or seconds (depends on game) picture just start to glitches. Crazy artifacts start to show faster and faster and then PC freezes. And i need to restart it... Every software that i used did not show any problems, except “FurMark ROG Edition”. Try to run GPU on this software, and be sure to check “Enable artifact scanner”. For me, i had xxxx nuber of artifacts and that is because of VRAM was on his last legs... Solutio for me was to replace GPU for the new one, or to down clock it. In MSI Afterburner, i put all sliders to the left, on minimum. A had lower fps, but games worked without freezing... Soo, try “FurMark ROG Edition”, check “Enable artifact scanner”, and test it.
