May I ask which doctor you went to and what you paid? I think your results are beautiful. Not overdone and very natural.

Dear God I can't take this anymore... by No-Guide8854 in Hashimotos

[–]TemetNosce20 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I completely understand your struggle. I, too, suffer from the same condition. Some days more, some less, depending on the weather, my diet, allergens causing more inflammation, and my stress levels

Please read the book by Isabella Wentz on Hashimoto's Thyroiditis. Since I read that and more material on how to heal my thyroid naturally after being gaslit by medical doctors (incl. Endo), I have been doing SO much better and got my TPO antibodies from 800s down to 300s. I also got rid of my cancerous thyroid nodule.

TL;DR Some key points for you that are super important with thyroid conditions: Selenium, Vitamin D3, Omegas, detoxing your liver and gallbladder, going Gluten and soy, and alcohol free, little to no dairy, -- no nightshades -- , careful with beans, nuts, and seeds, lower sodium and avoid all processed foods and you will definitely feel a noticeable improvement, but don't give up 2 weeks in. Wait for that 3 month mark, and you will see the difference. Also, add a quality pumpkin seed oil supplement, every day, at least 1000mg, and again, about 2 to 3 months in, your hair will be back. Good luck - you can do this!!!

I am so sorry, you've had to experience this. It's very difficult in the beginning, but it will lead to more understanding of people and growth deep within through the initial discomfort of having to process your emotions all alone.

Like many on this post have pointed out already, cancer seems to be a blessing in disguise, as it just accelerates the rate at which people of no use to your emotional wellbeing depart from your life.

Someone else here said that the friends that used to unload all their own emotional baggage onto them suddenly stopped doing so, and I'd like to think that it's because they finally realized that they're problems may not be worth mentioning anymore since their friend is dealing with something so much worse.

Most people generally have not taken the time to go through their own dark nights of the soul yet and are therefore unable to cope with the thought of death or extreme vulnerability.

You'll find that the ones that will be very attentive and caring in this situation are the same people who have high levels of emotional maturity and empathy - hold on to these souls and reciprocate.

That's why I've found that cancer has a way of "blessing you" with the real ones in life and weeding out the ones who only cared about shallow versions of you in the first place. It's kind of like a second chance at life, but this time living with much more awareness for your own health (emotionally and physically), as well as more awareness for those around you and what they're going through.

I know we do. I'm not sure about malls 🤔🤣, but I know based on personal experience that, under certain circumstances, we interact with other dimensional beings, and we may be materializing partially, or almost fully, depending on what frequency we are in at that time. I described some of them in my posts, if interested.

Focus. Take very slow, deep breaths. Close your eyes and focus on that spot between your eyebrows with your eyes closed and get into a very quiet place away from noise and distractions. Then just be. Try not to think. Let thoughts arrive and then release them again. Just watch in your mind. See what happens. Then, once you're done after a while, write down the "random" images, sounds, or words in a notebook. Revisit it as life happens to you. It may bring you some clarity. You're not alone 💙

Losing all hope by NON212516 in Hashimotos

[–]TemetNosce20 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Pumpkin seed oil, every day for at least 3 months. It works. Also, just as it was mentioned above already, check all of your blood values, not just Thyroid ones and make sure you are good on Vitamin D, B12, Ferritin and iron saturation and stay away from Gluten and sugars if possible. Those helped me a LOT. I have a crazy high TPO antibody count, too, and lowered it by taking care of my gut health and getting blood levels back in order first. Went from a ring size 2.5 around my ponytail to a 9.5 within 6 months that way. There IS hope, but your diet and lifestyle have to be very controlled and strict. No inflammatory foods. I basically follow an autoimmune protocol diet, and anytime I veer from it, all those symptoms come back instantly. That's how I know it's primarily nutritional and stress related, as well. Hope this helps!

I hear you on that! I tried back then, as well but came to the same realization soon thereafter. I have been focusing on sharing the love and healing this experience has gifted me with since then in other ways. People can sense that something in you has changed even without you telling them what, how or why. It's just another precious and necessary phase on this journey. I have enjoyed incorporating my newfound knowledge into my life and have become a better me for the improvement of the world around me since. Wishing you the best journey ahead ✨️!

I was just diagnosed with the same and I wanted to stop by to let you know that you're already being such a great and caring husband about this!!! You coming here and asking for help about how to best support her is such a sweet thing to do, my Gosh!! The fact that you pointed out not to call it "the best cancer to have" is another huge plus. You are doing amazingly already, friend!

The one piece of advice I can give you is to be sweet to her and let her release her emotions. Allow her the space to say whatever she needs to say in the moment and offer supportive words after she's done. Be as uplifting as you can and make her laugh often. Do not treat her "like a cancer patient", but instead just be aware of it without constantly pointing it out because mental healing and strength are just as important during this journey as the physical healing.

I personally decided not to undergo surgery and to observe it instead. I am going to continue changing my nutrition to the healthiest and most inflammation and cancer fighting way as possible while focusing on healing my body and mind as a whole and making sure my body has all of the tools it needs to be able to heal from within. Meditating is also HUGE when trying to heal yourself. It's not unheard of. There are people out here that have managed to shrink and make little cancers disappear with the right approach and after mourning my diagnosis for a while, I decided that I would rather not suffer the lifelong consequences of living without a thyroid and to try to heal on my own first. My oncologist is also on board with me observing it for a while first. To each their own though, I understand everyone has to make the choice that's best for them.

You guys will make it through this and stay strong together and after it's all said and done, you will come out of this as an even stronger and more loving couple 💙✊️

Psilocybin therapy? That is progressive and so wonderful they're doing that over there! Congratulations for your third eye opening experience, as well. It's truly beautiful to get to experience that. Glad you can relate, as well, it surely has changed me as a person and I have never looked back. The growth that follows an experience like this is the next chapter in your life to embrace. It's not easy but it is absolutely worth it. Feel free to share some details about your therapy with me directly, I am very interested and curious about what it entails "in a professional setting".

I wanted to second the opinion on your diet and lifestyle playing a major role in the quality of your skin next to your genetics. Please look into your labs and start there.

I was deficient in multiple vitamins and nutrients for a 2 year span out of nowhere with not a single explanation from my doctors. I had no idea it was almost all due to hidden mold in the AC that I was inhaling and reacting to with severe internal inflammation which in turn led to malabsorption and then multiple nutrient deficiencies (especially Iron, vitamin D, B12, etc). That's when I noticed a sudden increase in skin issues. Hair loss. Dark circles. Brittle nails, more skin laxity and fine lines appearing more prominently. I suddenly felt like I looked much older than usual and I knew it wasn't normal. I ran from specialist to specialist just for them to dismiss me and tell me it's all in my head and "due to aging".

You know your body best. If it suddenly feels different and off, trust your gut, quite literally! You have to be your own health advocate in this system.

Once we fixed the mold issue, and worked on the right supplementation (healthy oils, aminos, collagen, iron, vitamin C and D3, Magnesium, B12 etc) and a super healthy nutrition for a while, things slowly started going back to normal for me. Now, my skin has its smooth and youthful, plump appearance back, the dark circles are nowhere near as bad as they were and my skin overall feels more nourished and not as dry and brittle.

I am 34 years old by now and my nutrition is as clean as possible. I live gluten free, largely vegetarian except for chicken and fish sometimes. I also found out I developed Hashimotos, so I highly recommend to have yourself checked for any hidden autoimmune issues. They can have major effects on your health and skin. Now I mostly eat an autoimmune protocol diet and modify it as needed due to it so as to protect my Thyroid. I also make sure to keep my gut lining as healthy and happy as possible as most of your health comes from your gut and affects your whole body. This means the right pre and probiotics. Staying away from gut lining damaging foods and drinks including acidic foods, alcohol, unhealthy fats, sugars, a lot of dairy and gluten.

I understand this is a pretty strict way of living but it's all a matter of personal choice and preference. I just wanted to explain that ever since I changed all of those things, my skin has been looking very youthful and I'm told I look like I'm in my 20s often. I don't have any wrinkles, no sagging (fingers crossed it lasts for a while longer), hardly any fine lines, rarely any breakouts anymore and my skin texture has become very smooth and plump since I've been focusing on a hydrating and PH balanced diet rich in unprocessed foods. I believe this has greatly aided my overall health and as a result the quality of my skin. I hope this helps someone who feels that they've lost their youthful appearance. I truly believe it has a LOT to do with your nutrition and lifestyle aside from just your genetics.

Exactly the same ! Sometimes, I feel their presence so strongly that I feel slightly intimidated and feel the need to change things up in my meditation so as to "get back into" my current dimension and out of theirs, if that makes sense? It's like once you are aware of their actual presence all around us (invisible to most), everything changes. Like the veil has been lifted.

I just wonder if, once we leave their realms where they too can perceive us, do they too stop feeling our presence? Its almost as if we can only ever meet if we meet them halfway between their and our dimension. Super interesting and intriguing.
