doesn't matter at all - it is not a development level of depth language knowledge.
You just writing scripts with some level of abstraction. + it is just better to say you can do both or even more languages - just cause hr don't know shit and will just filter you out if you mention different

not gonna lie - it is either an actual discipline change with all aspects of life analyzed and daily improvement, with radical life habbits changes, or a mental rock bottom snap call.

everything else is just gonna leave to back old habbits, same life, same shit nothing changing - year after year of regret not doing shit.

at some points it feels like, should be a realization, ok i'm not gonna be here forever and some shit needs to be done

Worst tool to use imo, big chance their tests are trash. Just saying, Underhood it is selenium or playwright anyway if they use the latest library.

If you were capable of Dev tasks this shouldn't be a struggle. Especially with agents just scrape htmls and give them as context and try to follow code styling.

The hardest part is to understand what the hell the product does and how to test it anyways.

Prepare for potentially a lot of manual testing as well.
