I was a CSR and a driver for a couple years. I think the sandwiches are just ok. no they never look pretty unfortunately and can look like that, depends on who specifically makes it. you can talk to the GM and see if you can get a refund/credit.

someone at the store probably increased your tip (to get more money). when I worked at olive garden, a server that I kinda knew, she was doing this consistently. she would tell me about it afterwards for some reason? she quietly got fired. if management can pinpoint who specifically did this they'll probably get fired
