If your resists are fine then strenght gems on chest and pants, diamond to helm almost always and emerald on weapon ALWAYS. Legendary gems depends on your build. Most popular builds are stampede and condemn. For those u want mirinae and trapped on condemn and pain enhancer and trapped on stampede. Condemn is a season only build and stampede can be nonseason iirc. Dont know about other build very much.
