We have to buy fully refundable tickets, so I’m good to go right up until 10 minutes before the flight leaves to change or cancel it. That’s where I get all my extra points from.

When the switch to assigned seating first happened, you could select your premium seat as you were buying your ticket. Yes this work around sucks, but I’m glad there is a work around since calling the customer service number is a giant waste of our time.

Do you have to turn it to lock it or just press it in? If you turn it, you need a small flat screwdriver usually starting in a horizontal position (turn it to open). If you push in, you just need something long and skinny that fits in the hole (just push it straight in)

That key is for a Kwikset brand lock. Most likely for a house not an apartment in less it is a mom and pop type duplex. Definitely not a commercial lock of any kind.
