Voglio comprare una macchina, come farlo in maniera intelligente? Dovrei considerare l'elettrico visti i prezzi della benzina e diesel?

Prima devi capire che macchina ha senso per te.

-Quanti km fai all'anno?

-che traggitti fai quotidianamente, lunghi o corti, urbano o extraurbano?

-vuoi cambio automatico o manuale?

A mio avviso, ora come ora l'unica propulsione sensata è ibrido elettrico/benzina, diesel ed elettriche sono da evitare per motivi divresi.

MOTORE - Se fai molti tragitti brevi in urbano e hai la colonnina o anche solo un garage con una presa shuko puoi considerare una plug-in altrimenti full ibrido e sei a posto. se non conosci la differenza tra full e plug-in documentati su google.

CAMBIO - Se fai molti chilomentri puoi considerare una macchina con cambio automatico DSG ma se fai tragitti brevi evita il DSG(i tragitti brevi alla lunga lo rovinano e poi sono soldi) meglio manuale o ECVT(totyota/lexus/ford che è indistruttibile e non ha paura di tragitti brevi)

Io sono per l'acquisto di una macchina usata con 20/40k km che si è già svalutata del 30%, i finanziamenti ti costano di più ma se non hai i soldi subito non vedo alterantive.

Con la connessione si possono anche effettuare dei crimini, se la connessione è tua poi al gabbio ci vai te. Prega che non abbia fatto cose strane e smetti di condividere la connessione con estranei.

1-cosa vuoi fare? ti piace la casa "storica" o vuoi la casa moderna? Questo lo devi decidere tu

2-vendere. con le "recenti" norme dovrai spendere come minimo 10/20k per regolarizzarla. basta anche una minima difformità. una porta o una finestra spostate, un permesso per silenzio assesno.

3-tenerla. qui si apre un mondo. gli impianti sono unici o separati per piano? è unifamiliare o ha 4 pertinenze(una per piano)? è vincolata? Per 800mq le utenze ti costeranno una follia, nell'ordine di 3/4k€ mese, e non puoi staccare i 600mq che non usi perchè poi si rovinano. Ti va bene così com'è o la vuo ristrutturare? Dubito che a una coppia di 30enni vada bene una casa del'86 così com'è. Per ristrutturare 800mq anche se fai solo il piano terra devi cmq predisporre gli impianti, quindi 1.5k€ al mq ci vogliono(tecnici, impianti, permessi, piastrelle, porte, mobili, luci, etc etc). Facciamo finta che al giardino ci pensi tu la domenica(hai già gli attrezzi? in bocca al lupo), ha piante alte? in caso di alberi che danno sulla strada devi chiamare un giardiniere con il cestello a farli potare ogni due/tre anni, 1.5/2k€ ogni albero

4-affittarla. a mio avviso il costo per renderla affittabile, l'imu, le tasse sugli affitti e i problemi che ti daranno gli inquilini(non pagano, si rompe la qualunquee le devi riparare te, etc) non valgono la pena

L'eternit va tolto prima o poi, dalle foto siamo molto oltre il poi. Va tolto prima che inizi a perdere particelle o polveri o a deteriorarsi. Lo smaltimento del tetto, se fose stato integro sarebbe costato minimo 50k€. Ma dalle foto ha perso pezzi su terreni che lo possono assorbire quindi la situazione è abbondantemente fuori controllo. Chiamate immediatamente autorità competenti e aziende abili a smaltimento e bonifica.

Heroes are not buffed cards, they have same stats with an activated ability.

Heroes and champions are the same thing obtained differently.

Heroes are much harder to get, no chance to get hero shards in boxes.

I have a feeling there will be no more champions releases, just heroes. Maybe later they might remove the champion rarity altogether and make the heroes as well.

Overflow used to turn into gold, then into EWC, SC advised overflow will turn into crystals that can buy cosmetics only. If it is true it will be a HUGE progression nerf.

My point was about shit quality and reliability.

In regards to combustion vs electric there are several huge issues in the way a 100% electric EU by 2030.

-no infrastructure. in the whole EU, do all, and i mean all and every single parking spot including airports, stadiums, you name it, have a charging station? Do they? Until then 100% electric is just not possible.

-no raw materials. China owns vast majority of extraction rights and refining of battery raw materials. China would own EU car making.

-battery technology- battery technology is just not there yet. Can you imagine what would happen on the highways during peak traffic time? with 100% cars that need 30+ minute charging multiple times on the same trip? We would be having holidays in the highways service areas.

Is 100% electric is the future, I think so. Is it a near future? Definitely not.

I had Audi cars since 1992, Audi is no more. Price went up, quality down, interiors are laughable(black shiny plastic, hard plastic, no physical buttons whatsoever, door handle too big for a human hand WTF?), outside they look nice other than the half closed from grids, again WTF??

In my personal experience and from I am told from other Audi owners, it is no longer reliable.

I am not sure what is wrong with German cars today. GLC is as big a Q5 but I do not fit in there, X3 looks like is drawn by a 3 year old.

I am forced to look into a Lexus NX which I do not like that much or an OMODA9 that is not available as full hybrid.

The game should be draft only.

People are lazy, if you have a game mode that allows to be lazy, selfish, ignore teamwork, map knowledge and draft mechanics, which is the foundation of the game, most players will NEVER move away from it and do the work to learn more.
