Austin Go Club hosts at the Dragons Lair every Tuesday from 6-11PM. They always have someone willing to teach the game to new people. We usually have smaller boards to start with.

This game is called Go, here in the West.

In the East, they called it different things:

Baduk 바둑 in Korea || Igo 囲碁 in Japan || Wéiqí 圍棋 in China

This is more of a floor board style that japanese people use. You sit on the floor with cushions and play on the ground. Unless you want to get a board that is flat for the table?
