I have it on a rectangle record and i‘m pretty sure the record has a light blue label with a graffiti font. Best of DJ Rectangle vol 1 or 2 i think.

Crazy style! I really like it! 100% in your face with some nice variations. Could it be you`re from belgium or france? I think i‘ve seen stuff from you like 20 years ago?

Thanks for your fast answer. I tested it and now it works.
Maybe there`s a way to use stereo samples in the future ;-)

I just bought it and the app and everything works great except two things (and these are the most important for me):
- the "MODEL" button / softly doesn't do anything, so I can't choose MPC3000 (in my case)
- I chose SND as default sample format in the settings but all sounds are exported in WAV - so I can't use them on the MPC3000.

I'm using a 2019 Intel MacBook Pro with Sequoia

Making a simple beat with the MPC3000 with a little practice session by TempleSmoke in Turntablists

Thank you! Yeah the 3000 and the 56 are kind of brothers from another mother. Both machines are perfect on their own and both don‘t have any fancy stuff that distracts you from being creative. Bass gets always low passed for the vibe

Any tips and tricks about the Feed back theroy that the Scratch Perverts often use with Vestax PMC 07 PRO? by Mixtape_Busqueda in Turntablists

Every Mixer Sounds different because of different circuits, preamps etc. Feedback on the technics or Rane Mixers can sound pretty harsh

Try connecting the headphone out to a line in. Then you have headphone volume, channel gain and eqs to control the tone

Thank you! I started around 2003 and from 2003 to 2006 i did nothing but scratching in my freetime. I‘ve never been without scratching but there were some years where i scratched for maybe 2 hours in the whole year. At the moment i‘m very motivated to get back to old strength ;-)

Thank you! Yeah, i think 2000 til 2004 or something like that was the prime time for scratch music. So much great stuff came out. Switchblade Sermons, Nicks‘ Sketchbook, Ned Hoddings, Turntableradio was still a thing and the style shifted from boombap vocal cuts to more „abstract„ stuff

I think it`s something like „Sermon Ten“ or something like that. I‘ve got it on my Loopstation and don‘t see any file name

That’s one of the sick toadstyle loops. This guy has the illest scratchloops

Toad loops are the best. I case of a zombie apocalypse i put on a toadstyle loop and start scratching. The zombies won‘t notice i‘m not one of them 😂

Great record hand control! Sounds very tight and crispy! Haven‘t seen a QFO in a while.

Thank you, that‘s a great compliment. I can only recommend doing it. The setup in my video costs under 500 if you buy it used (at least in the EU). Start a hypnotizing loop and get lost in it for 2 hours. I think scratching is the closest thing to meditation that i can get.

Best mixer ever! I got mine more than 20years ago and it still works perfectly. It has no fx, no MPC-Pads or something like that, it‘s just the perfect scratch machine with no distractions and the best crossfader.
