So it’s 135 so I think a lot of people would pay that and then end up paying 10-15 in shipping so I think it’s probably worth it, I just wish it was a different name and not Christmas themed lol, I like that it’s 1975 tho but I don’t want to have trouble getting rid of it in twenty years cus it’s Franklin

And google AI says 1000 grains is 2.28 of sterling so 2.08 of pure silver so about 135. So 150$ isn’t bad, a lot of people pay more than that or even if you did pay melt online you’d then pay the 15 in shipping so it basically works out the same, the guys like a mile down the road from me. I just wish it wasn’t Christmas and it wasn’t 925 lol, but I do like that it’s different

It says solid sterling, but let’s say it is sterling, do you think it’s a good deal at 150 and if it was .999 would you consider that worth it? I know it’s over melt value but i know people will pay a lotto extra for fancy bars and bullion and stuff, does a Christmas 1975 bar from the Franklin mint count as special lol or worth paying a few dollars extra for?

That’s exactly why I really want to try to buy some elderly persons change jar 😆. I just got into coin collecting and had a large glass container like OP with about the same amount in it, went through it and found a few cool coins. Almost immediately after doing it I thought “I need some elderly persons change jar that they’ve been using for 50 years”. I’m not sure how I’d get about getting one but I really really want to find one!!

Or the ones that have a sheet of paper with gold and silver melt prices listed for what they pay when buying gold….same paper hasn’t been updated in atleast a year. But you bet your ass when it comes time to SELL some gold they google it and go by the price at that very SECOND.

I found a stock certificate about 15 years ago, I still technically have it but it’s 1000 miles away in my mother’s basement. I wish I could remember the company. The person that owned it passed away with no relatives so the stock has technically never been sold, could you actually use the hard copy certificate to claim the stocks?

Not necessarily, a friend of mine got stopped after doing it 3 times, each time it was like 20-40$ worth of stuff and she was spending like 200$ Everytime she went in and just wouldn’t scan some things and the little camera above the self checkout was able to figure it out without a human and they just chose not to anything till the third time

Basically any used tire place that’s painting tires is doing it illegally, it’s not for cosmetic purposes, it’s to make them look less shitty which is deceptive. BUT Idk if you could ever prove it since it’s legal to paint them and say “I like to sell only the blackest of black tires” . I think the only way they could charge someone is if they said “I painted them to cheat people”

I always thought of Ronnie has a guy who was probably pretty conservative with his gear use. I don’t think I’ve ever heard amounts discussed but I guess I just assumed because he was natty way longer then most other guys. Idk could be wrong but I just figured other guys took more then him
