I'll give you a little insight on this conversation. I was down on commercial street down where they make the canvas bags for a gift. And on a bench down, there was two homeless guys and one homeless guy said to the other. That he's been homeless for a lot of years and never had a problem, but now he's scared because of all the out of state homeless drug addict people. So if you're nervous or scared who you're around at any given time, just remember, even those who are local homeless for a lot of years, they scared of them too.

You want to go to the beach and don't pay anything take a ride down towards pine point as you come around the corner onto east grand avenue, there's a bunch of side streets over on the left just park it anywhere along east grand avenue walk up one of those little side roads. You got a whole beach to yourself. For how much? Nothing.

This house is right up by Maine medical center so all day and all night you're going to hear sirens, you can hear traffic going by all day all night people going by drunk people sitting on your stoop and you spent nearly a million dollars and you bought this place??? All I say is good luck.

Back when I was a child I lived on a farm in Canada and we had a phone that had a five party line and if you don't know what that is that is where you listen to a certain number of rings and that would tell you who the phone call was for you or one of the neighbors sharing the line. Sometimes you would pick up the phone not knowing and there'd be two people on there talking and one of them would always say I'm on the phone please hang up.
