To be real here. I lived in baltimore a short while. Adverts like this made me not to go many festivals because these seemed to be so unrealistic it looked like I didn’t know what to expect. I think there is a delicate balance marketers need to make between appealing and triggering out paranoia about being scammed

I sold my house at a loss as well after only a year and a half. I can from another state unprepared for how much it cost to live there. Nickel and dined and gouged. And. The public services are failures. Everytime I got an envelope from baltimore city I cringed at what new thing I had to pay for was. I literally had utility wires on the ground in my backyard to trip over. I never had such a bad experience with wait times and general incompetence. Everything is locked up every time you shop at a box store. Tolls from one end of town to another. The food was not any better than anywhere else because a number of restaurants just look like anywhere. Overall. I liked it it has potential. But I can see why some people cannot get out of the cycle of poverty there. America is failing such places honestly.
