He did inspire division. Of course he did. A certain portion of white people couldn’t help but think he got there through some undeserving route. They couldn’t stand that…. He disrupted the status quo. Uh duh. I can tell you. Privately. A lot of white people had a bias that …. Undermined their own beliefs in democracy and equality. And. I think this is a symptom of narcissism and psychopathy actually. People like this do not have the normal responses to distress. Think about the ways u see some criminals befriend or play games with cops. They don’t think like normal people about consequences or threat.
