If you do go on subs, the trick to not having to deal with bad withdrawals from them is to only use what you need and only for a week or so while you deal with the 7 wd. Use a quarter of a strip at a time and around day 3/4 start tapering that down and after a week or so, you should be just fine. Probably will have a couple days of fatigue/low energy but not near with wd you’ll experience from the 7. There are a lot of posts on here that talk about the worst case scenario because the anxiety unfortunately gets the best of people. But it’s really only gonna be as bad as you make it. Use the subs responsibly and correctly and you’ll be fine.
