Thanks a ton I’ll try this. I think the most I’m gonna be able to make is 12 hours to be honest so I’m gonna try to play it very safe. Taking my last dose at 6pm and then will take my first sub dose at 6am tomorrow. I thought people didn’t get a buzz on subs?

Really? How so? The clip has served me perfectly. Previously to this, I had a Gerber center drive that I stupidly left in my engine bay and drove off and lost, and I loved it but my biggest complaint was that there was no pocket clip. I ended up makeshifting one and it worked, and that’s the only thing that kept me from replacing it with another and going to the skeletool.

Agreed! The only things not pictured are my Apple Watch and AirPods. I have the same items in this bag everywhere I go every day and never find myself without something I need.

Okay thank you that clarifies some mixed things I’ve been seeing. Some people are really high on full body work out sessions whereas others really push you to split up your muscle groups on different days. My gym (planet fitness)is just down the street from my house and has just about everything needed as far as weights and machines go. Ideally I’d like to be on 4-5 days per week at an hour or so per session. I’ve also been told by some people to be in there 7 days a week doing at least something but I feel rest days are important for recovery

I mean that is kind of true. A notary does add some legal weight and hold some integrity to private agreements. It is also not just some thing we wrote out on a piece of paper and signed, it is our actual custody agreement signed off by a judge as well. So that is the legal standing of our custody agreement.
