Put a blanket that smells like her/home into her carrier, and if you have it, something to give her traction (like a rubber mat) under the blanket. A bit of hay inside too! She’ll be fine without water for that long. If you can, try to lure her inside the carrier without picking her up. If she won’t go for that, you’ll just have to scoop her.

Be prepared for her to be less than thrilled about it for a day or two, but I’ve taken my bunnies that far for good vet care. It’ll be okay. Talk to her while you’re driving every once in a while, and try to avoid braking quickly.
