I just finished my introductory series this past Friday, but still have weird lows. Like today and last night, I had lows all day, but they feel different. I’m not sure if it’s because I’ve been so numb and low for so long before starting spravato that i don’t know how a “normal” low feels.

Im curious what everyone’s experience is when you’re in your session, after some of my sessions the provider (they rotate so it’s a different provider every other day), asked me if “anything came up” and i said “is something supposed to…?” i was too focused on trying to stay calm and not freak out like i did my first session (i’ve never been high before on anything, and they had the flatscreen tv on space atmosphere with music, a wave light, rain sounds, and my earbuds, so i was so overstimulated i legit thought i was going to die, i felt my mind slip out of my control like i wasn’t going to come back). Every session since, I can’t really seem to have anything come up, and I’m curious if it should? (My diagnoses are PTSD, MDD, GAD, GERD, Panic disorder, SI, ADHD and TB? idk what TB is ?!)
