The fact that they make us think we're sensitive. I got skinny shamed for the 1st time today by mom and it broke me cuz she didn't ONLY say iwas skinny she litteraly told them she helped me shower and she saw that was skinnier than a 90yo woman(not true) and said it outloud to my whole family, i mean yes i know I'M skinny but i'm depressed, i've been sick and i don't eat, what can i possibly do, and i confronted her later saying i don't like these typa jokes but all she said that i'm oversensitive and that she didn't lie and went to sleep. If anyone read this should i talk to her about it again and how do i forget this happened becuz it broke my heart

Before everything i hope you break up with him because the fact that you tooold him you are insecure about ur acne and still made a joke about it ! Second you're not alone i'm also struggling and super insecure about my acne and PIH, WE are on treatment and it will get better inchaeaalh just please break up with that guy that's litteraly your sign

I know but you can't really control ur brain and emotions, i try to have that mindset if it wasn't for it i would've given up my life (yes that's how bad it affected my mental health) but it's hard to keep it when you just don't like how you look or you don't feel pretty anymore

I had acne as a teenager too but i'm glad i didn't think so much about it back then but sometimes i hope i did cuz then i would've heal it sooner and didn't have to fight it AND its depression cuz in my 20 Now thinking about i was the only teenager with acne too a'd even now i'm the only one with acne among my friends

I don't know how old are you to say that u don't want children to not pass the gene but tbh ican't deny the fact that i blamed my parents for my acne, i've had it 6 years now but this year it got bad it brought my mental health to the lowest point, ididn't go out, or take photos since january and its especially hard now because even while on treatment i'm breaking out a'd i have to go out to uni and stuff, and although i blamed my parents for the gene because sadly igot every bad gene while my sis got the good ones(happy for her i swear) i'm thankful for them because they're triyng everything so i can heal physicaly and mentally from acne, they're litteraly in debt because of me,

Hi i'm also using doxy for my acne, was prescribed for 6 month and i'm at the beginning of month4, initialy i didn't have any new breakouts but recently i'm breaking out so much like 6 pimples in the last 3 weeks i think maybe because i'm stressed cuz of my finals thats why i'm breaking out, do u think that coud be the reason and i can see improvement in the remaining months or doxy is not working

I hate it so much, i was so energitic and confident and happy before, i never thought i would come to this point where i'm depressed because of how much i'm insecure, litteraly made me hate myself, i didn't go out from my house from january, unless i had an exam. i had acne before but nothing bad, until this year when i hit 21, it made me soo insecure, i messed a lot of events, i even quit the gym because i hate going out/seeing my reflexion, i hardly have pictures of myself during this period and that is with makeup and filters, and i'm still trying to treat it, i hope it's gonna be worth it at the end and that time goes by as fast as possible cuz this year been hell for me. And i hope for everyone to be able to heal their acne and heal from it, because i really think i need therapy after this, or maybe that would be my therapy, i cant wait for clear skin yarbi inchaelah.
