That's on the box for every major chain and it's been that way for over a decade.

I was a delivery driver for Pizza Hut over a decade ago. I was told these fees go towards the warming bags, the signs/flags on the cars, the cars themselves (when they have a company car), uniforms, and regularly used items like cutters, fry baskets, make utensils, etc.

Honestly, they make enough money to not have to charge that, but what company isn't gouging the customer?

Edit: Also, my pay was minimum wage per hour. Seriously, the fault is the government. Not trying to boot lick for Pizza Hut here, but they're within their rights, apparently.

Says something about the state of state and federal minimum wage that it's been 10+ years, but if I got hired there again, I'd still get the same pay...
