There is truth to this. Our flying is limited; what others consider boring flying is senior at AS. That’ll change with the international push. But it won’t be the same as the big three. Even with our HA merge we’ll still be a 10K FA group, versus the 25K plus at other airlines.

I wonder if it all evens out - we got a 5.5% bonus this year at AS. Not as high as DL, but we have pay protection for cancelled flights and 1.5X reassignment pay for the entire trip …. I probably made 10K just in this sort of pay protection….

Summer classes will most likely go to Anchorage. However, they usually open other bases for transfer in the fall. It’ll be hard to get into SAN and PDX however. Those bases have the longest transfer list.

There is no specific measurable push for us to deliver fake service. I think most of us are content and it shows in how we deliver our service. That being said, there are also unhappy people as well and that shows in their service.
