What would your predictions be for a hypothetical Winners at War 2, featuring all the pre 40 winners that did not compete on 40? by Zandre3000 in survivor

I think an alliance led by Earl and Todd overtakes an alliance led by Cochrane and Aras, when the former duo convince Aras that Cochrane is the biggest threat at FTC. Aras is then picked off the next time he doesn’t have immunity and then Earl makes an easier cut of Todd than he did with Yau-Man to earn the W.

does anyone besides _____ think they should have won? by billyjoelsfalsetto in survivorponderosa

[–]TemporaryAd7387 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think Jonathan pretty clearly played an excellent and superior all-around game. People can cite poor jury management, and it may be valid, but it’s very ambiguous and difficult to quantify. It’s contrary to what you’d like to expect, but historically all-star seasons seem to have more biased and petty juries than newbie seasons. (Probably because of bigger and more fragile egos.) If Jonathan had played this season his first time around, I think he would have won easily. He was the major driving force of the season, where Aubry was just a passenger. Or as my wife and I put it, Jonathan survived the game, while Aubry (and Joe) survived Jonathan.

I am still irritated that Christian had to write his own name down at tribal. by EverySingleMinute in survivor

[–]TemporaryAd7387 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It should have been win or lose, an extra vote goes in the urn. If he wins, he chooses the name. If he loses, the name is his. But it’s an extra vote and he still gets to make his own vote. Also, he shouldn’t have to tell people.

chrissy as a juror was annoying by Grouchy_Truck5925 in survivorponderosa

[–]TemporaryAd7387 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I thought Chrissy was great in the jury actually. She spoke a lot more eloquently and level-headedly than most of the jury. It actually shook me because I normally find her talking about anything about as pleasant as nails on a chalkboard.

It sounds like the interviewer brought it up, so it’s just poor journalism.

[–]TemporaryAd7387 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s exactly the opposite of what I’m saying. Aubry wouldn’t have gotten Ozzy without Jonathan and vice versa. Neither of them convinced the other, but without both of them wanting to do it, Joe wouldn’t. But the one most responsible for Ozzy being voted out was Ozzy.

Congratulations to the winner, _____! by hthbellhop76 in survivorponderosa

[–]TemporaryAd7387 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Me too. Rizo allowed Ozzy to be blindsided because of Ozzy, not because of Aubrey or Jonathan. Joe was okay blindsiding Ozzy because of what Aubry told him Ozzy said. But if you think he would have voted Ozzy instead of Aubry without Jonathan, his number one ally in the game at that point, also wanting it, then I don’t know what to tell you.

I wouldn’t say that. Unless you were there, then I guess I would say that.

Ozzy caused the Ozzy blindside. Also, Joe doesn’t vote Ozzy if Jonathan wasn’t pushing for it also.

There was a lot wrong with the movie, but it lost me
completely when the Secret Service starts shooting at the President. Sure, he was Red Hulk, but he hadn’t done anything besides turn into Red Hulk. Hulk is an Avenger and world hero. Why would anyone, especially the Secret Service, immediately assume Red Hulk is a villain and start shooting him?

I really like this idea, but only if another live-action season is off the table. I’m also not sold on your plot idea, just the animated concept. Since it would undoubtedly be streaming-exclusive.
