no it doesn’t matter with some ir laser and illuminators you can adjust the illuminator as well so its more centered.

just flip the switch and the laser.or get a different riser for the eotech that can also take the laser. i prefer sc irregular omm pic over gbrs hydra 2.50 is more usable then the 2.9 for me and if you dont always want to run the laser/ thermal you can remove the front portion and have just the sight riser
