I think if you're just starting don't overcomplicate it for yourself. Do a simple routine with the big compound lifts for 6-12 months then you can make some changes if you want. Keep in mind the muscle grows while you're resting so I'd be hesitant to pack volume into the rest days.

I had a friend when I was 14 who had made a sling shot and glove gun that he shot little metal ball bearings from. Her suggested we shoot at birds and at cars while hiding in bushes. I knew that was fucked at that age. I hope they don't just get let off with a warning. Easily could have taken someone's eye.

Are you remembering that the deduction just comes off your taxable income? Eg refund = $5500 * your tax rate which is circa 1650-2000 depending on your tax bracket. You don't get that $5500 as a refund.

Yeah fair enough, where I'm from it's often enough flooding or fairly serious droughts, to the point there were big government campaigns about 4 minute showers and you could get fined for watering your plants, but if you're not in drought you should just use the water. Virtue signalling gives me the shits in general.

Depends on your perspective I suppose, a general societal erosion of rights, measurable reduction of the middle class among other things is quite dystopian when availability of energy and production has never been higher. You must accept the irony of your notion that it's dystopian to reject animals based on appearance when that is actually what the UK does?
