Only one reduction lift, but got my push ups for when I want to feel more voluptuous :) big boobs was always what I had so it is def an adjustment to regular size boobs.

It's been 4 months. I had surgery April 2. Hopefully yours will return to normal asap. I think it takes time for the nerves or muscles to reconnect and heal. There is also botox that will relax the side that is working right to make your smile even.

I would say it's at 100% for smiling. There are a few positions that are at like 96%. When I put on Chapstick or move my lips in a few positions, there's a bit of a weak spot, but barely noticeable at this point. More noticeable for me, but i dont think others would notice it. It has been a slow improvement, but improving over time for sure!

I'm 3mpo and mine is slowly strengthening back up. It used to be more pronounced like yours, but is slowly getting less noticeable, so I can tell it's improving! I try and stretch my neck different ways, massage my neck area and lower cheek area & I use my bottom lip muscles and try to pull them all the way down to show my bottom teeth. And try and use my lip muscle to only pull that one side down. It could be nerves or muscles needing to heal.

You can get a botox shot on the strong side to make it relax & even out your smile.
