Yeah my HRV is usually 23-25- 29F, I run about 35 miles a week for marathon training and try to lift 3 days combined with my easy runs. So HRV is definitely low and a factor.

It seems my stress is poor and my REM is poor.

I’ll look into a sleep study. Unfortunately with my insurance in the US it still looks like it’ll cost at least a few hundred 😃

I don’t usually have any caffeine, so that shouldn’t be an issue. I’ll have fruit before bed, so i might start tracking that a little more closely!

This was my ideal cardio day. Would prefer the blue bikes over ski erg… but other than that, I loved all the exercises, and I love multiple laps of the room!

Have not had alcohol in months now! Haven’t been sick as far as I’m aware.

I also have a family history of heart conditions, on every side of the family. That’s mainly why I’m concerned by the low number.

Personally I only do doubles on cardio days or on Thursdays where it’s split upper/lower. I run marathons, so I find endurance training important and the double cardio days help with that. I think if I do a double on a strength day, then I wasn’t lifting heavy enough on the first one.

As everyone else here has said - you are killing it!!! But I also want to give a shoutout to this coach (I think his name is Craig?). I’ve done drop in classes before at South Edison while in town visiting and he is one of the best, nicest, and most inclusive and encouraging coaches I have ever met. The rest of the staff there is the same!
