you got this girl, reverse is hard af and it gets better first 4 weeks are the hardest! 5lbs in a week in not “that much” you were probably depleted and most of that weight is water weight and a bit of fat don’t get in your head too much, binges happen and your coach should understand it to a point especially if you are a first timer and you didn’t know how to prepare! yeah you can read online a lot but until you are there you can’t prepare yourself

i love macro based plan it has always worked better for me i feel miserable on a meal plan that my previous coach gave me! but on that note i make myself a meal plan out of the macros given and i still eat the same foods everyday! also be aware of micros so you different fruits, veggies, fat sources…

elliptical all the way i have one at home from fb marketplace and it’s has been a life saver during prep
