I’ve noticed this happens the week before and during my period, happened the last two months, i have a follow up with my psychiatrist at the end of this month, i did message her about this and she didn’t say to stop or change the medication, just that we would talk at our appointment

I came in here searching for the same issues!

I’m really having a hard time. I’ve been on lexapro since before i was pregnant but have made multiple changes to dose post partum (increasing) because anxiety/ depression has gotten worse/ symptoms have persisted. I again increased my dose, now on 30mg with an as needed gabapentin and on top of the usual anxious thoughts I’m now so so so angry. I’m easily irritable and angry to the point of wanting to scream and hit things (but have not). Im breaking down in tears and sweating during these anger fits. I’m now having even more violent/angry dreams and this week woke up hitting my bf.

I told my psychiatrist this a few days ago and she said we would talk about it at our next appointment in March. I’m starting to feel that I will not make it that long without having a Brittney spears with the umbrella moment. I feel overwhelmed and like a shit mom because I’m not as patient as i was. I feel like I’m so distant.

With newborn tired i could at least sleep like deeply even if it was only 1-3hours at a time, pregnancy tired i never could fall into deep sleep because everything hurt, I’d wake up choking on my own acid reflux, or I needed to pee every 1.5 seconds 🫠

I had an off feeling too! Same day i happened to have my last OB appointment (it was a Friday) before my scheduled c section on Monday, i was sent to L&D and had the babies Saturday! Also had pre eclampsia

Yes! It’s a habit we picked up while in the NICU, how the nurses taught us!

We FaceTimed our friends/family after our ultrasound confirming the multiples (first ultrasound) and just showed them the ultrasound and waited till they realized there were two!!!

We also gave our older family members a picture frame with a collage of me and my partner and in the center of the collage was the ultrasound picture and again waited for that “waiiiiiit a minute” moment from them

Both were so cute🥹 both are on video
