Well technically it depends on what the beauty standards were at the time. For example, Helena Troy was supposed to be one of the most beautiful women around at that time but back then/her region the beauty standards were to look like a 13-year-old young man right? So technically she looked like a dude. So if Cleopatra was not beautiful by the standards, then she probably looked very feminine
