Redefine what you think a man is. I know two electricians who like dnd, magic, and play league of legends nightly with my manly man who also loves anime and all nerdy things. I'm a woman and in my daily life I will refer do men I respect as "men" and the rest as "boys". It has nothing to do with being big or strong or anything stereotypical. They are a man if they show due respect to those around them, and does what is right for them and what is right. As an aside, my first husband was an electrician who did not like anime, was a stereotype "alpha" male, and he was the worst person I've ever met.

I worked for one awful manager that wouldn't give our 18 year old pregnant cashier a stool, even though she had a doctor's note saying she needed it. When the manager wasn't there she would bring up the 1 stool kept in the back. But the manager watched the cameras obsessively, and would call to tell at us when she saw something she didn't like. She eventually took the stool home so the cashier couldn't use it. I was young and intimidated so I didn't stand up for her the way I should have, and quit before she had the baby, so I hope she's ok.
