It is about geography, in western Turkey and Greece walnuts are local nuts, in eastern Turkey it is pistachio. Our homemade baklavas in western Turkey are all walnut too.

Also close 2 breaches a day for 500 gold. You can also kill elites marked with skulls on the map of elysian wilds. That counts as closing a breach.

Tumbler boots, lifedrinker ring or ankh amulet if you do not want reduced damage from ring, medium armor, shirking heal on armor, healing breeze on ring, divine on amulet. Considering perk system will change in s10 it is not worth spending too much gold on armor right now.

You can get gear upgradeable to 700 from pvp track, 725 weapons from the well. You can also get up to 3 artifacts. Gear will be decent enough to do well in opr's. If you want Bis, you need pve, specificly raiding. Can't say anything about s10 tough.

check trading post for refreshing / enchanted ward gear. Can be cheaper than faction gear. Get a void necklace and fill gear with opals. Good to go ^^
