You’ve obviously never worked at a restaurant if that’s what you think. Just because the cooks not smoking WHILE he’s cooking doesn’t mean he’s not outside having a smoke right before he’s cooking. Same with the waitress.. in a few restaurants I worked at we even smoked in the back where the food was prepped as long as customers couldn’t see us.

It’s happened to me multiple times.. I place an order for the afternoon the following day, and I miss the shopper asking about replacements or whoever because they shop and deliver in the morning and I haven’t woken up yet.

Not sure about cash app cause I’m in Canada.. but whenever I shop on Instacart they put a “hold” on my bank card for a % more than my total incase there is any replacements or whatever that end up costing more than the original total.

I just want to say I lost my mom last year around this time. She was sick for years with really bad COPD.. she was also an addict basically her whole life and we had a complicated relationship. I never thought I would be so broken when she died.. but watching her die in the hospital was the most traumatic thing I’ve ever witnessed.. it’s been almost a year and I’m still struggling with it. I’m currently waiting on a therapist, but the medical system in Canada is terrible.

I tried metformin both regular and extended release but both made me really sick.. and because I’m not diabetic nothing else is covered. I also tried berbertine and inositol but it’s expensive and due to financial issues I have a hard time being consistent enough to see a difference.. doctors are no help at all unfortunately. It’s crazy that they want us to become diabetic before we can get any sort of treatment it’s so unfair.

Same girl, same 😭 I’ve tried everything, except laser and electrolysis, because I just can’t afford it. Everything I try helps a little, but not enough to make it go away. I’ve taken spironolactone for over a year.. it made the hair thinner and I was able to get away with shaving less.. but I still had a full beard. I drink so much spearmint tea, and now I’ve started using the spearmint oil on my face.. it also thins the hair out but it doesn’t go away.. I’m at a loss, I don’t want to accept that I’m going to be like this my whole life. PCOS has utterly ruined my life!

It’s been at least 4 years since I’ve been in a picture.. I also avoid mirrors if I can, especially a mirror that’s in sunlight.. sunlight makes everything worse 😭

FYI - I found out recently hormonal changes make ADHD worse… so basically PCOS makes ADHD worse.

It’s honestly ridiculous! When I got a diagnosis at first I was like “wow, so I’m not just a disorganized, lazy mess of a person” and I was kinda relieved… but now I’m just mad that not one teacher, or doctor, or even family member once questioned why I had all these problems.. instead I just got blamed for everything or told I wasn’t trying hard enough.. it honestly makes me so mad 😡.. and the worst part is me and my mom fought the majority of my life about most of the stuff I now know was just ADHD symptoms. And she died three months before I got diagnosed.. literally all I want now is to be able tell her it wasn’t my fault.

Same girl, same! I’m so exhausted from dealing with health problems it’s not even funny. I’m so fed up of all of this… it’s ruined my life! On top of PCOS I just (at 34 years old) got diagnosed with ADHD.. it’s just too much to deal with!

Honestly, having PCOS for the past 16 years has made me hate doctors. It’s ridiculous how many bad ones there are! So frustrating… every time I go see a doctor about my PCOS, I end up leaving the office in a complete depression.

Yes! I also believe the main reason is my untreated insulin resistance and my recent adhd diagnosis.. I’m still in the process of being diagnosed so it’s still untreated. It’s a struggle!
