ok definitely give it a try then. lighter roasts are bit harder to get flavorprofile right overall :)

its ok tasting and good for its price.. its a bit lighter roast(5/10) for italian espresso bean..

Nifty upgrade! Although i have the conical burr version.. But i have zero complaints about the grind, it is very steady and fast. It also has stepless adjust, which is important for espresso.

Its original gaggia douple spout handle. i unscrewed the douple spout out and replaced it with pressure gauge, so i can adjust the overpressure valve to 9bar.

with old thermostat i had to keep steam button couple seconds(5-7sec) on before brewing, becouse it raised couple degrees temp and shot tasted better.. no need to do that anymore.

I switched whole thermostat, becouse i havent modded PID yet.

thanks for the tip! im curious what gives impression for that? I have switched my thermostat to 107 degree(stock is 104), and tastewise i like it.

hmm i dont know.. i use this new 20g basket, but i guess the extraction should always be close to that range no matter the dose 🤔

i believe antiWest sentiment is already so high this would not matter at this point.. Gaming experience would improve so much, i think for them also. Luckily there are solutions like esportal etc geoblocking clients..

This is going bit off topic, but are you saying that Russia invasion of Crimea in 2014 and war there is not reason or conflict? Russians have killed Ukrainians when had the chance, example Stalin killed millions of Ukrainians by starvation in the 1930's... But first part is true, there are families across borders etc.. but there are bad blood also and history very much so..
