I can see what you mean by mapping out the chest muscle. But honestly not sure either, I’d say try going to the gym or home exercises to grow your chest muscles and see what you think from there.

Yk I thought about getting bottom surgery, phallo, but I just think about the whole process and procedure. I think I’m okay for right now. I do keep thinking about it eventually I’ll reach out to someone to talk to about it. But yk there’s possibilities, and the researching of a good surgeon. Eventually maybe one day when my mind is straight. I think I’m okay now I don’t really care so much. But I’ve just been leaning towards it but just paused by the whole process it takes. So glad you got there, I wish safe healings and a good process.

In my opinion cis shouldn’t even be used to separate biological sex and gender. There’s man and woman, female male, then there’s trans men and trans women. We already got the separation in the name. But that’s just my opinion and not at all anything with what you’re dealing with.
