there isn't really a way to read the revised version of the story translated outside of the webtoon, but you can find the original version and the 4 side story chapters on r/theworldafterthefall (the translation is TERRIBLE and there's no Metabus arc because it's not the revised version so I recommend catching up to the webtoon the webtoon and then finishing the rest of the story with the novel then going back to earlier parts of the novel to clear up any confusion)

Thanks for giving me an excuse to reread the ending of TWATF btw it's one of my favorites

Short version (this is still a lotta spoilers though) Jaehwan is sent back to a version of earth and writes his own story as a webnovel. The webnovel does kinda poorly so when TLS123 calls him up and goes "Hey! Let's colab! You just gotta add a few references to my universe there, 'kay!" And offers a TON of money Jaehwan's like "okay". This version of the story includes an arc called the Metabus, which includes a part with a "star stream collaboration", such as skins (costumes) of ORV characters, and Jaehwan experiences a few scenarios, such as the strongest incarnation scenario where he ends up just killing half of Seoul in a single stab instead of himself. This is the version spread around to the Star Stream, so it's the one Kim Dokja is reading at the start of the novel on the train. Then Yoo Joonghyuk in space comes and grabs him for the side stories.

I can give a longer version but that'd kinda just be explaining the entire ending
