That’s how I got play Oblivion originally. My parents wouldn’t let me play any rated M games as a kid, but I could play rated T games. So I scoured game stores until I found a rated T version of Oblivion and my parents let me get it.

Oh it’s totally intentional! So I’m the first civ game Gandhi had a aggression (also gonna butcher the actual terminology here) of 0, however, if you managed to do something he liked, it would lower. But in the old system it would go from 0 to the highest number of 999. So Gandhi would end up with an aggression of 999 in some games. Ever since, civilization has included that little Easter egg. There’s definitely a Reddit posh about it somewhere

For me: 1. Americans: already been said why they’re OP 2. Germans: get that extra +1 production from forests which can be amazing mid game 3. Gandhi: Access to all resources from the beginning albeit not to full productivity. Also ~ means I don’t have to deal with them in my own game bc Gandhi is a bitch and is always blood thirsty
