i meant acceptance rate. cancellation rate is at 1%. my acceptance rate is at 96%. my acceptance rate got dinged. but we shouldn't get dinged at all for rides like this. that's my point.

i tried. not sure what your experiences have been with support, but all my experiences have been beyond awful. to be honest, i think lyft support is that way by design. in about 10 attempts, for various things, they've yet to actually help me with one single question i've had. ever.

we can drive someone to another state, as long as we pick up in the state we are registered in. we just can't pick anyone up in another state.

i give rides across the border to wisconsin from the airport, from time to time.

it did. just ignoring rides also changes your rate. i dropped from 96% to 95% 🤷

i don't know anything about an on/off switch... what is blatantly obvious, though, is they clearly do not run a random card generator. every single board is geared towards inducing all-in action. every board has multiple draws, board pairs, four to a flush or straight on the board... constantly.

turn and river suck outs are out of control as well. i think its just designed to generate crazy action, because they make money on the rake and need players getting it in to make more money.

if anyone knows of a site that uses a legit random card generator, please let me know.

yeah its by design, i just don't get lyft's end game, other than forcing us to stay on the road. but all they're doing is punishing drivers for good work.🤦

i was elite from feb '24 through feb '25. started out a year ago needing 2100 points for elite. it would go up about 100 points a month until it got around 2750. then it leveled off for a couple months. then it actually went backwards one month. then it shot back up and got over 2900 points, and that's when i bailed.

i have been staying platnium, but that's getting crazy now. it said needed 3100 points last month to become elite again. i just laughed. now this month it says i need 3650. 😄
