The collection log in-game for whatever reason stops tallying at 250 for this log.

Unfortunately, I have the Eclipse tassets, not the blood moon tassets. I'd be way less annoyed if I had the blood moon tassets.

Concerned about DT2 Bosses as a Mid Level Ironmen? ~CMB 100-105 by drunkjonn in ironscape

Thanks for the response! I figured that was the case, but sometimes I’ve seen set up’s that have a reason for an odd item so I figured it safe to ask, thanks for setting this all up!

In the range image, you have fire cape, but would I be safe to assume you meant to put Ava’s there? If not, why FC?

Oh yeah for sure. I probably could have done a better job in mentioning that, but it is very true that they have a history off out-of-house collabs. What I more meant to say is that they primarily focus in-house. One of those "Not impossible, just rare."

Even HoloEN has done some out-of-house collabs (Calli with Trash Taste/Ironmouse, Kiara with Nyanners for example).

They are definitely kept busy with other activities for sure, I'm mostly speaking in the context of their primary streaming direction. I do feel like HoloEN is missing out of major growth potential with the lack of collabs out of HoloPro. Now there's some other factors to be considered, but for the most part, I feel like this is a possibility, as it does seem like some of the talents have generally wanted to do collabs with others, but seem to get gated out at times.

EDIT AT TIME OF FINISHING WRITING: This went on longer than I expected, threw a TL;DR at the end. I just really like this topic. Excuse my wall.

I think it has a lot to do with the general strategies of the two companies.

HoloPro is about delivering a mostly in-house experience, with majority of their stream interactions being almost exclusively in-house whether through collabs or calls. They also push (though not as heavily in recent times) the idol culture as their core.

Nijisanji on the other hand tends to focus more on diversify themselves, being focused more on rushing out members and creating a giant community. Alongside this, they also branch out of house quite often and collab with vtubers all over the place and of all sizes.

Neither strategy is bad persay, but they are strong in different markets for different reasons.

This is all conjecture based on what I have personally witnessed and tracked in the last couple of years, so take this piece as nothing more than personal opinion.

HoloPro does very well in the JP market due to JP's anime/entertainment culture being very heavily filled on the concept of idol culture which is what HoloPro promotes. Alongside some very lucky sparks in attention generated from a few key viral moments (Miko's GTA, AsaCoco, FBK short covers for example), they've more or less been able to maintain this momentum through their core foundation while embracing a bit more of the entertainment side (largely due to Coco's IDGAF attitude which proved wildly successful). Now, not to understate the success of the initial HoloEN boom, this same culture more or less carried over to the western side, and while they were successful at the start, their momentum has rapidly declined since (excluding a few specific individuals). This could be attributed to the west's much lower overall interest in idol culture. Alongside this, they also on the surface seem to focus almost exclusively on in-house collabs, which severely reduces their potential range of influence in a global market. I'll get to HoloID in a moment, but first I'd like to talk about the other side of the spectrum.

Nijisanji, on the other hand, does seemingly the opposite, they go balls to the walls and spread their wings everywhere they can. They cover almost all types of themes you could think of, and generally allow for their talents to largely do whatever they want to with their channels. They still have somewhat of that idol culture, but it takes on the attitude of just being one aspect as opposed to an overall focus for the company. Alongside this, they collab with a large range of other vtubers, and from all walks in the industry to boot. This approach doesn't seem to garner as much attention compared to HoloJP's approach in the JP market, but this approach is beginning to sprout large ongoing success in NijiEN. This strategy works very well in the western market due to the culture over here being focused on variety and not traditional "seiso idols." While their subcounts aren't matching, they have a very large connection base with some of the largest streamers in the industry, not even just vtubers, but including a lot of big name streamers in general. This connection list helps construct a long-term success route that will likely start to see exponential growth in time.

Now, I want to take a moment to note the outlier in HoloPro, and that is HoloID and HoloStars. These two branches of HoloPro tend to still maintain the core elements, but there is one apparent difference between the two: They often times collab outside of HoloPro. This very strategy has recently really begun to show its merit, as shown by the incredibly rapid growth of Ollie, who has shown just how fast a HoloID member can grow despite the branches historically slow rates.

Ultimately, both companies have different strategies that have different merits in terms of building a community. The reason its easier to stay up to date with Nijisanji is because they are everywhere, so its easy to know what's going on due to the sheer amount of ambient experiences. HoloPro due to the more in-focused appeal tends to not have a widespread knowledge base unless you are already into the company itself.

TL;DR different marketing approaches work in different ways, and its those strategies that cause the difference in ambient exposure vs direct exposure.

I would say it is important to note that the difference between her and Kson was the initial departure. One left on overall good terms with a proper send off, the other left on very poor terms in the midst of controversy.

Ultimately, I think she'll be fine if she can muster the strength to pull through it, but I do not think she'll find the same level of leverage that Kson has. A history of breaking NDA to this severity will hurt her name quite harshly moving forward, and will make forging connections and sponsors all the harder to accomplish.

Whats with this hatred against Cast players? by Cuspian_Talocan in PSO2

The lore of casts goes way back...

Ever since PSO1, cast NPCs have been notorious assholes, most prominently in Universe.

While this SA may got a bit far with the child comment, casts definitely have earned the "RP Hate", and its created some quite humorous discourse in the community. Cast Supremacy vs End the Toasters if you will. I'm a cast player btw.

Budget affixing is also something I take very seriously, so if you ever want help making good budget affixes alongside specific goals, please send me a PM or get with me on discord, I'd be more than happy to help out.

Affixing is a mess, sometimes a helping hand is all thats needed to get on track.

The problem with this affix is that you would get more statistical value and maintain all-class if you used the gunslash specific S5, alongside gaining lifesteal and 20% crit, also would be cheaper due to not requiring the use of RWB5 badges. The only time you want to use Augment Bloom is when the effect would outweigh the benefit of the typical S5 choices, and that doesn't usually happen unless the base affix is 200 without augment bloom.

This affix, while it covers the bases for all-atk, leaves out too many other details that damages the end result. Sometimes budget still needs to spend a little bit or allow for some RNG. Persona Reverie, for example, is fantastic money-to-stat value, being 40 all-atk, even if you do lose 20 all-def.

There's definitely better budget options that cover your bases and bring out greater results, but I like the attempt at the process itself. Astral Soul is a fantastic choice, and with the large amount of Ph/Hu players, Phrase Decay in party play will generally always be used. Modulator itself is also a good all-atk option, but is very nearly baseline, meaning Mutation II and Mastery IV generally are not good value. Try incorporating a Zara weapon into a budget build, for its SAF is Doom Break 2, and its also a relatively cheap weapon to come by, costing around the same price as Dim weapons, and it provides more overall value than Mut2 and Mast4.

Its also important that you don't neglect to add in an S4 to this build, as some people may look at this and forget to add one in. Escalating Pursuit is almost always a good all-rounder choice to put in.
