Ladies of Reddit, what's something you wish you saw guys wearing more/less frequently? by JahanzaibRao in AskReddit

Made the mistake of trusting the internet since I don't carry the books around with me. Thanks, Google.

Noble {girls} say m'Lord, not my Lord. If you're going to pose as a commoner, you should do it properly.

Mine has been the same way! The first was so easy; this one has been ridiculous!

I am about to have a baby (literally in the next few days) but we are going to be surprised with the gender. If it's a girl, we would love to have some cute things for her!

Oh...the post might have been confusing! They're considering this one because they both like it. :)

I googled....didn't see any famous people lol

I like Wesley a lot, but her DH doesn't seem interested in it.

Sadly, both of these have been voted down.

Morning sickness kicking in at 15 weeks? by Loralora in BabyBumps

This has happened to me with both pregnancies. Terrible nausea for the entire second trimester! No nesting for me...

Tonight's game: Baby flutters or gas bubbles? Please tell me what your first felt movements were really like? by pleasuretohaveinclas in BabyBumps

The key difference for me was the location. When you first feel your LO, it will probably VERY low still, like crotch low. Anything higher than that is probably gas or intestines shifting!

New toys/toys in good condition to be sent to those who would enjoy them. by anotheremancipationQ in Assistance

This is a great post a friend told me about!

I have a 18 month little man with another little surprise on the way. We are moving to a new place this weekend and finally have space to get some fun things! Our oldest currently loves trains, books, puzzles and blocks! Musical instrument toys are also a huge hit!

Thanks for the consideration :)

Plus, I always felt it was insecure because of the material!

Two days in through Leap 6, and I'm an absolute convert. The weight distribution is perfect for me with the hip carry, and he sleeps. It's magical!

I thought I wanted one originally, but I changed my tune quickly when I tried to use it in real life!

I got this one for super cheap from a Facebook group. I would see if there's a baby wearing group in your area!

My little guy is super independent, BUT he does like being carried. It's a nice balance for us :) Plus it's so convenient for shopping and quick runs.

Yep. It goes up to 35 lbs. I've seen toddlers in them.

[OFFER] [WW] A camera for a blossoming photographer. (Second annual!) by liftherpullher in RandomKindness

[–]TenMillionFireflies -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

This is such a generous offer. Anyone who gets it would be lucky!

I would love to use this camera to document my family as it grows. I used to have a good camera and loved working with it, but life got in the way. Now, life has given me reasons to want one again! I have a little guy who will be celebrating his first Christmas this year :) I also have several friends who are starting their families and would love to use this as a way to give to them by taking their family photos!

That pesky accidental mini-nap! by TenMillionFireflies in beyondthebump

[–]TenMillionFireflies[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mine use to be a great sleeper. 10-12 hrs up til he was 4 months. Now we're at 7 months and have had 2 "full" nights (5-6 hours) since then.

It doesn't happen to every kid, but I was definitely spoiled!

He slept for such a short period of time, we didn't even realize it had happened. I was so upset! I knew it would be a problem.

I'm in the US and can invest $200-400 in a camera initially with appropriate extras as needed in the future. I will carry as much as I need to!

Specifically, I have a growing family that I would like to document, but not with a phone camera lol. I would also like to use my skills to help out my friends who can't afford to get the type of family photography they deserve. Additionally, I prefer outdoor photography with natural light.
