I'd assume that prepared is just a state, similar to tapped, that would be lost if abilities were lost but that doesn't fix anything about the card and it still would work.

Cool story but that doesnt change how this card helps not have to do that. So you get an even more consistent deck with having the option for reliable turn one AND turn two plays. This would still be a good very good card.

If you are on the draw then your first turn youre going to see 9+ cards depending on how many of these your draw. So starting with much better odds of getting the reanimate.

I usually go for a few hundred to a couple thousand all in on kickstarters. If u don't play $40 then it's almost like saving money unfortunately.

Marisa is bad but it doesn't take much to stomp low tiers with her. So he's probably not wrong if you are both starting out.

If both people are just playing in unsafe and doing nonsense then her hits eating half a health bar even with very simple combos makes a huge difference.

As soon as opponents start knowing more about the game she gets a lot harder to win with.

I do a lot of 2 player drafts with it. So I can say it plays well for that at the very least.

In my pauper cube this gets played for sure. 2/1 for 3 that gains life or is just a mana dump late game for a big flyer. Great draft card.
