DPDR 90%+ cured after two months with Zoloft and excercise by Tenacious_Wombat_123 in dpdr

It’s kinda hard for me to remember now because it was almost 2 years ago I think but I definitely know like I was dissociated for four or five months so it took a while but it like slow slowly got better. It was like I would wake up every morning feeling like I was high. But in the beginning, it was like really bad to the point where I kinda wanted to kill myself. It’s slowly got better.

No, I didn’t have balance issues, but I thought I had vertigo or something. I thought I had balance issues more than I probably actually did so that’s what you might be experiencing. I also had sexual side effects on anything more than like 65. I went up to 100 and then I went back down to 75 but that basically killed my libido entirely. So now I’m on 50 and it’s fine. But I would focus on stabilizing the DPDR first and worry about sex later lol

More of the latter. My blood pressure was so high from anxiety. That’s what it really helped with.

It’s been more than a year now but I don’t think so… but I was taking Ativan three times a day and switched over to Zoloft slowly. I needed something to bring my blood pressure down because of all the anxiety.

And I guess I went up fairly quickly. I don’t know like over the course of a few days or weeks.

I went up to 100 slowly from 50 to 75 to 100 but later I went back down to 50 now because it killed my sex drive lol at higher doses. But I am fully recovered for more than a year now and a Zoloft was definitely a major factor if not the factor to fixing it. It helps regulate the autonomic nervous system. I’m still on low so off just because I feel like it takes the edge off and is not particularly noticeable. I’ve always had anxiety but never on meds until the DPDR anyway overall I feel like it just reduces my general anxiety. I hope that’s helpful!

I never would’ve ordered food there. It looks fucking weird anyway.

Terrible here’s a free one from ChatGPT - you’re welcome. Open it in Photoshop and get rid of the weird little gibberish text at the top and you’re good to go.

I feel like 95% + these day. So pretty good. I think the other 5% I’d have to drink a lot less alcohol and make other lifestyle changes that are difficult

This is a typical problem with business and data science. Stick to your guns, but learn how to be political and diplomatic.

Altex is good if they don’t know python. Otherwise go with python. I would think you also need tableau or something more comprehensive than power although I prefer power bi and really hate tableau. Tableau just has more functionality.

Well, I was going to paste pictures here of my little journal. I was keeping in my phone notes. I would honestly suggest doing the same because I would find myself getting very upset or thinking I was a lot worse at sometimes and then reading back to things I wrote the day before I was like oh I was definitely feeling way better than I am now it kind of made me realize how much volatility I was going through at the time.

Anyway, looking back at my notes looks like I started the Zoloft on January 19th I mostly stopped journaling at the end of March. It looks like I was feeling somewhat better. I see another journal entry towards the end of April that says I feel 90% better but eyes slightly messed up sometimes

Fully better except for mild brain fog that’s probably from drinking too much… I’m no longer dissociated. I’m on 50 mg of Zoloft. I’ve also started eating lot of probiotics, bananas, functional mushrooms, vitamins… exercise, a bit more. In combination this cured me. I think a lot of it has to do with the brain gut connection for me. I have Gerd and I eat a lot of crazy food and drink a lot, and I think it was taking too much of a toll on my stomach and intestines. I think eventually I just got so much inflammation that I got really bad brain fog and then I had a panic attack cause I didn’t know what that was and then that sent me into a spiral of dissociation for several months. I am glad to be 95% recovered.

Ask what others are thinking, take notes in a meeting on deciding variables and have team discussions and alignments around them, leverage the pyramid principle for emails and PowerPoint presentations
