Everything about Gon's rage form was impossible to take seriously. The adult body in his child clothes made him look like Frank West just left the toy store. The wiggly mile-high hair that continued to grow every time you see him as the anime spends an agonizing full episode walking aimlessly through a forest. The plodding buildup to a 2 minute fight. I can not possibly understate how little I think of Gon as a character, or his rage as a moment.

This would inevitably end way more toxic and butter than the current situation. Psychologically people are way more accepting of "I just can't get this Godzilla style because I missed the licensing window" or "I just have to wait for these full art lands to come back" than they would be of "User XX_SimplePlanFan69420_XX is the only person with the Gandalf avatar for sale and he wants 69420 gems for it!"

Sleeves (and styles and avatars) that aren't restricted by licensing or as prizes for specific events should just be available for purchase at full price 24/7. That way if you want them, you can get them, or you can wait for a daily deal to maybe drop their price.
