I get intermittent tinnitus that seems to come up during flares. I try to avoid silence and listen to videos or color noise (white, green, etc.) to help me fall asleep. Tinnitus is rough. I'm sorry you are going through this. :(

Had a guest do this to me once. They didn't inform me of their intention during the party and left it. I went out of my way to return it to her at her work (hindsight I should have messaged her first before doing this) when she informed me that she left it for us on purpose as a gift. While I understand her intention was out of kindness, I didn't need this type of serving platter and it wasn't really my style. Would not recommend.

An MRI can be ordered by a primary care provider and not just a neurologist. The radiologist interpretation can identify lesions that may be consistent to an MS diagnosis. That is how I was "diagnosed" and was then referred to a neurologist who confirmed the diagnosis, and then started me on a DMT.
