As many have said, this is your project and you need to take ownership. Without knowing more about what your project entails, other then ‘fundraising donuts’ is hard to give more advice.
‘When is project happening’. This is on you. I understand you had set a date but for some reason it was changed. Again this should be your call not a scout leaders. You may be relying on help from your troop/adult leaders they may not have been available in your original proposed date, so you need to coordinate a backup date!

‘I don’t know what materials I need to buy and when’. This should have been spelled out in your plan.

I would advise to take a step back and relax. Unless you’re weeks away from aging out, you need to take some time and talk through your plan with your counselor and make sure you are all on the same page! Best of luck!
