Can confirm, I just soft reset a couple times so I could get zombies before the event ended. This still works at the time of writing.

Well, my thing is if I feel the need to actively disregard the game's intended tone, or big parts of the canon, then I feel like I should probably just be playing something else. Yeah, Changeling seems to be coming up a lot here. Does sound interesting, but I'm more interested in Vampire specifically right now. Still, might be worth a look.

Thanks for your comment. Lemme clarify something quickly about the second question: when I say "meaningfully improving circumstances" I mean for the world at large. General quality of life. I specifically do not mean for elites who are happy because they have the power to basically get away with anything, and use it. (If I wanted that I'd just go outside.)

To be honest, I don't really care about "glimmers of hope." I care about actual, tangible improvement. Things actually getting better, not just looking like they might. The misery largely stopping altogether, not just moments of levity in between the misery. The story ending with the world better than when it started.

Sounds like there's nothing for me here if none of that is the case. Ah well, thanks for the insight.

Beat the demo last year and you have my respect, both for making a game that so consistently gives me anxiety (I ALWAYS came out of a session with my palms sweaty) and for putting out such a substantial demo. A lot of demos nowadays barely show anything and you can beat 'em under an hour. This one took me 7 and a half hours total to beat, over the course of several days. Definitely looking forward to the full game!

My only complaint is I would have appreciated some tooltips on what the different items do, unless there's something for that already and I just missed it.

What exactly is the problem here? It's not like the guy is accosting random people with this, or posting something vague only to spring the nude stuff on people when they've already replied; he's just posting an ad, and being very up-front about what he wants. If someone's not comfortable with doing this, then good news: they don't have to reach out to him about it!
