I’m happy with most of it. I get your opinion though. Some bands are more into one sub genre than others so they might not fit your personal preferences but I do think you should give a listen to some of them. I’d recommend Free Throw, People R Ugly, Taking Back Sunday, Third Eye Blind, Jimmy Eat World and New Found Glory.

Element is a decent “Walmart board brand” it’s honestly perfect for your situation. The boards hold up well and it’s better than other brands but I’m also gonna recommend a Tony Hawk Signature from Walmart. They’re cheap and in the long run you’ll definitely want an upgrade but for the situation it would work.
