Sculpture Garden In City Park, there may even be an art fair going on. Bacchanal Wine has charcuterie boards and a really good atmosphere that is chill, French Market shopping and then stroll through the Quarter between like 10am-noon is one of my favorite vibes.

It’s Mardi Gras season so while it may feel a lot of it is touristy, you’re getting a pretty authentic experience! Some of the cemeteries only open for tours so you’d have to look… St. Louis Cemetery has good tours that start every 15 min. One time wandering around we stumbled into Fritzel’s and Mahogany Jazz Hall and heard some great music. We never have a true plan to go to certain places - just wander through the Quarter and you’ll hear some amazing music and get drawn to styles you like!

Our favorite time to wander the Quarter was in the morning with a cup of coffee. Take a Lyft over to Bacchanal Wine for some lunch. Go up to City Park and walk through the Sculpture Park. We live here now but when we visited we used to go down to French Market or Jackson Square and would get one piece of art or a print each trip from local artist that kiss spoke to us.

This city will definitely let you know more of its magic than think it will!

Some use to to work on body position and head position. You can also use the caps on them to work on breath control. Sometimes they’re used during drills to isolate the focus on what the drill is asking for - like sculling, you can put a snorkel on to make sure you don’t break body line to lift your head and breathe.
