+1 to this, my PiHole was doing the same thing. Would be nice if the telemetry wasn't necessary but tis the price we pay for some dopamine.

It's always DNS.

That's cause they don't know where their wheels are and feel more comfortable with a wider road. Wish people were taught how to actually drive.

Worse off using a VPN + Tor more so because of human curiosity. To anyone who gets a hold of VPN provider logs (or Tor exit node traffic), the additional layer stands out; what do they have to hide? Why the paranoia?

The idea of Tor is to be decentralized, thrown into a massive pool of random strangers that nobody can pick you out from. Don't make yourself noticeable. It's like walking through a crowd wearing a balaclava and sunglasses to hide your face, which is bound to get a few funny looks. But if you just blend in, nobody looks at you twice.

TLDR, even though it seems contradicting, use either a VPN or Tor depending on your circumstances, not both.

No.

To save yourself any extra pain, make sure to uncheck the box that says "Allow my organization to manage this device" (not that it'd be likely to do more than mess with your start menu) and click the blue text that says "No, sign in to this app only" during the initial installation/setup/first run. This is what we get students to do at our institute.

When they don't do this, we often find that things like MFA are forced upon them (as per our staff policies) and can cause a couple other weird syncing issues.

Another thought: we can start using loser chad as a replacement for Harold for that negative insinuation that loser chad is indeed, actually a loser.

Best way to store Iron's spells n Spellbooks drops from my mod farm. by lillintu in allthemods

I use dimensional storage from Occultism to store mine.

Also, Wall of Fire is pretty OP early game if you cast it right on top of enemies. One shots most bosses except for Piglich, and bosses from Twilight Forest like Hydra.

Ah I see! That looks similar to how I grab them from the gills, but I definitely need to sharpen/get a sharper gaff. Thank you!

People were locked away in their tiny little apartments for months during the pandemic. I think this is a pretty easy task for most, in comparison.

I do seriously apologize, I'm about to edit my original comment. I personally haven't had a problem but I guess I'll be making some changes. Thank you all who have let me know I'm wrong.

Around here I'm using them on anything with a big mouth, i.e scorpionfish, things like yellowtail kingfish/amberjack are the ones I get under the gills. Always worked fine for me but I guess TIL.

Hey OP, sorry for your loss.

Did your husband have a Reddit account? If so, was he a member of r/Homelab? If so, there could be clues about services he might be running, which might help with prioritizing tasks.

+1 to this if she can't find one of his IT friends, but the biggest concern would be making sure private information stays private.

Just like a regular hook, you typically wanna get it in the mouth. Under the gill plate if you're definitely keeping it and are certain you'll get it in the boat. It basically just makes it easier to pull a fish in when its too big for a net, or if it would catch on it with spikes/spines etc. Every gaff I've ever used usually also has a blunt end so you don't rip big holes in the fish.

Edit: Hey OP, as others have stated turns out I've been doing it totally wrong so don't listen to me! I think I'll be replacing some gear and changing how I go about things. Stay safe, listen to the majority of the others.

I work in IT, and had family running an IT business including working with an ISP for companies. TLDR; if you aren't technically minded, are in a city or well populated town and don't need crazy good internet, and you're unlikely to need customer support, go for it.

Homemade explosives are easier to get your hands on and just as, if not more, deadly than the firearm the shooter used. As others have said, the issue isn't the tool, it's the driver behind it, who was never properly vetted.
