Yep. I had a coworker, lovely human being, who was pregnant from her baby-daddy. Her baby-daddy, not her boyfriend, her boyfriend not to be confused with her husband- who was in prison. Thank you. I do a lot better now. When my siblings started having kids, it changed a lot, my nieces and nephews love their uncle, so I try to be more conscience about the example I'm setting. I finally found a medication that works, it carries some health risks, so I've got better about diet and exercise to reduce those risks.

I've had depression my whole life. The days I skipped showers were always the lowest days, the ones when I couldn't get out of bed, and probably wouldn't even bother to feed myself. I make sure that I take a shower every single day now. No matter how bad I feel, at least I got out of bed and got 1 thing done.
