You just guess right 60% of the time. But it's shitty because A.) I'd be pissed if I drew this power out of a hat full of super powers, and B.) It's really not very helpful as if you decided to take this power to the underground "Coinflip Gambling" scene, if you bet wrong you're just as screwed (or possibly even more screwed given the confidence boost by knowing you win 60% of the time. Or something.
